In North Qeynos, Knight-Captain Steelgaze tells me to seek out General Galias Sidwin (spelling might be wrong) as soon as possible. The problem is that I cannot find a reference for this supposed NPC anywhere. Also is there an access quest or faction level that enables a character to enter Qeynos Castle? Is there no Instanced or Zone for Qeynos Castle? What a waste if there isn't. It would be a nice place to gather raid, group, or solo tasks for high levels.

Could it be Knight-General Sydwen? He's at the Claymore Plaza (the park around the big sword in North Qeynos.)

And no, there's no way to access the castle. The Queen's a bit reclusive.
