Collections Check List?Follow

So far, all the collection check lists I've seen are formatted to be downloaded and printed for use. I like having files open for instant editing while I play and would like to know if there is a Collections Check List out there somewhere that works with MSWord, Coral WordPerfect or Wordpad and can accomadate tables. It doesn't have to be pretty or fancy like Excel or Adobe, just workable with a simple word program that I can edit myself.
