i want to know what is the most wanted mage in groups/raids any suggestions

lol, if you don't have one of them, thats the one you need. No seriously, they are all pretty useful to have, and if a raid guild is lacking one they probably wouldn't mind getting it. they all bring something to the table. Wizards with high dps and spike dmg, warlocks knock out group encounters, conjys can CoTh and send plane shifted pets. Them and Necros both hand out manaregen items. Necro's have the lovly lifeburn for massive dps. Coercers have HL which is a great thing for mages. And they do other nice things for raid fuction. Illusionists have great buffs for boosted dps. And their ability to mezz is sometimes extremly important, though i admit i don't know much about enchanters. Hope this helped somehow...its all about what you want to bring to the table. And any guild/group loves a high dps casters usually.

Coercers have hate increase for a group tank and DPS mods for melee classes. not to mention Dehate for people outside of the group. Also heal crits and mana ward. Also more and mroe raids require a mezzer or two. Coercer = Uber melee buffs.

Illusionists also have dehates. they up haste for melee classes. also have illusionary arms (amazing) and reduces recast timers. Mana regen and procs. the procs is what sets them asid from the coercer they will up the damage of a group of mages significantly. Illusionist = Uber Caster buffs

Wizards as stated before dish out some mad damage and up the Intel of there group.

Warlocks Slaughter groups and up the disruption of the entire group they are in.

necros have hearts and do some decent damage. not to mention rezzes in raid are great when your healers are busting there asses keeping the MT alive.

Conjurers also dish out a fair amount of damage. they have shards and call of the hero. Conjurers also buff MIT and resistance to heat/cold damage


all in all - all mages are usefull. the most needed I would say would have to be enchanters though. they seem to be the most rare. many raids in EoF require one no to mention a couple even in KoS. Speaking specifically about HoS/ Deathtoll/ and lyceum in KoS. Free thinkers and Emerald halls in EoF and depending on the strats guilds use for their fights even a few more.
