can anyone tell me if the quests for the spell to open a portal to get to the druid ring in commonlands is the same as the one to get into antonica and the other ones and what are the other ones ???

Search and ye shall receive. The Blessing line of quests give you port access to each ring.
Kinda off topic but oies anybody know if the Darklight woods druid ring is a portal also now?

Good question. I haven't really looked into it myself. I would assume no, if there is no bush there to trigger your home portal trainer to give you the circle spell. Maybe it is to be added later, or the acquisition of that circle spell is different than the others somehow.
I do not believe that the druid ring in DW is going to be one of the ones you can call to. I believe that the trainer is there just to make him easy to find, like the wizard "portal trainer" near the Warpfront spire, near the Commonlands. I believe that is all he is there for, ease of locating.
