i was wondering what I should do. I currently belong to a lvl 16 guild. Both guild leaders have left the game and there is no one to run things. I would like to take on that role but there is no one able to promote me to that lvl what can i do to obtain guild leader rank?

well if theres no one to promote you to that rank then theres no way to be that rank i think :)

or what you could do is join a different guild and try to be promoted again :)

outcasts is a good guild

Yeah, Cavvey. If everyone with promotion power has abandoned the game or the guild, you really don't have a good option. Your choices are to either remain in a stagnant guild-state or to jump ship and find yourself a new guild with responsible administration and leadership.

Do you think petitioning or writing a letter would help? I really dont want to leave.

You can certainly try. Seems to me I've heard at least one case where the GM's let a guild vote in a new leader.

Caveyy,

Petition a GM. We had a similar situation in our guild and the GM put the GL position to a vote of the members.

GM will ask you to contact the membership and inform them that a petition has been filed and that the proper course of action is for the membership to vote.

The GM I delt with had eveyone send an ingame vote, and the process too a week or so but it did get resolved rather quickly.

Goodluck

additonally...to mail the entire guild type **guild** without the *'s into the send to line and it will mail to everyone in your guild...Guild Mail is only an option for officers that have that permission though
