No offense meant but you are having trouble finding groups to level up with as a healer?
Just say in level 20-29: "25 warden LFG" and your bound to get picked up for some kind of group. Where you will level up really fast.

always run around LFG. While soloing, do as many quests as possible. The 20s arent all that bad. Knowing where to level is also important.
in your 20s, Thounderous Steppe and Nek Forest are good places. If too difficult, Stormhold and Fallen Gate work too.

I hate grouping and have soloed and gotten my warden to lvl 39 so far. I just do quests, explore, but Iam in no rush to lvl and don't mind if it takes a while.
