Can someone help me to locate Trainer Bresler in North Qeynos? According to Alla under the spells section, this level 20 spell can be found on this NPC. He is supposed to be a Combat Arts Vendor and the coordinates are listed and I have, numerous times, been back looking for him. Thanks so Much!

Look in Elddar Grove, up in the Elddar Tree treehouse. I'm pretty certain the NQ NPC was removed; I'm going to check in game today.
