Possibly dumb installation questionFollow

I recently purchased the all-in-one EQ2 game. The box has a big banner that says it includes all three expansions.

However, when I installed it, it says I only have the base game and the EoF expansion. DoF and KoS aren't showing. In fact, when I log in and go to expansions, it asks me to buy them.

Why is this?

If you check your account and for some reason it does not show DoF and KoS as being active contact SOE to have them activated. I remember when EoF launched some people were having key problems... maybe its just one of those faulty keys.

I've found the email support and chat support to be very effective.
