Hi guys,

Been reading around a bit and played the "play the fay" version..

Got stuck for the troub class, but i cannot seem to find any info on it ?

so here goes:

1:i was able to solo to lvl 10 , (guess that dont mean much at such low lvls) will i be able to continue ?

2: what will my group value/function be ? will i just be someone sitting down and buffing with songs or will i actually get some action ?

3: the charactaristics that i liked were the stealth/backstab/quick stab dual wield, will my song get better ? i didnt seem to have much use of them up until lvl 10.

4: if you would recomend a similar class (but with the ability to self heal alot faster preferbly spell or similar what would you recommend ?

Thanks in advance, would really appriciate some answers ;)

You will be able to solo to the level cap if that is what you want to do. Naturally your leveling pace will slow down the higher you get, but there is solo content available from 1 to 70 and troubs are fairly decent solo'ers.

Your lot is a combination of buffing and melee DPS. As a troub you do not have the straight out balls-to-the-wall DPS output as some other scout classes, but what you can do is still respectable and you make up the difference by enhancing the abilities of those around you. You make everyone else better while still bringing your own combat abilities to the table.

Yes, your songs get better. You get Selo's for one. You also get songs that do everything from increasing power regen (your group will love you) to lulls and pacifies to increased defense to even charming an enemy and making him follow your commands. Troubs are a well rounded, jack-of-all-trades sort of class and their varied utilities reflect that.

Hrm..you aren't really going to find that. Troubs and dirges have a lot of varied abilities that are really found in other classes. Basically you do a little of everything. To get efficient direct-cast self healing, you would need to look outside of the scout archetype, and it doesn't sound like that's what you want to do.

Thanks in advance, would really appriciate some answers ;)

mages will love you for you're good caster buffs...such as dmg procs, hate reduction, increased casting range, crit chance, casting speed. And they are just about essential for some raids even, when you have to use AOE immunities. They are a must have =), GL.
