Tailoring Skill not going up.....Follow

I am a level 14 outfitter right now, and my tailoring skill is stuck at 50. It's been like that since I became level 10. At first I thought it was because I was making tier 1 items, and that it might be sort of like harvesting (once you reach a certain level in a harvesting skill getting tier 1 items doesn't raise it). But I've been making tier 2 items since about level 11. My tailoring is at 50/70, and I know that isn't right. Can anyone help?

Good for you! Once you figure that out things get easier. You'll get new ones every Tier.
