I personally find it pretty hard to see that there are people that'll be happy to see Trakanon alive.
I think the concept art is wierd...unless someone or something revived him
That drawing of Trakanon looks like he isnt undead he used to be missing chunks of flesh and had green skin. http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=4503
I wonder what happened to Phar Dar and the rest of the Ring of Scale.

Maybe they have Trak on a spawn timer and he attacks the city and is aggro to everything. Basically he got pushed out of his home and he wants it back. :) So whats better than seeing a epic x4 lvl 100+ dragon spawn and start tearing up everything in sight. That would be awesome.

Perhaps Venril Sathir has returned to Sebilis and using what he learned in The Book has taken control of Trakanon.
Trakanon is undead and Venril is a ver powerful Necromancer/Shadowknight/Warrior, I doubt it is out of his power to dominate an undead dragon.
After all while Trakanon was a dragon he was not all powerful or planar in any way at all.

Venril Sathir will be in Tim. Deep and will be the ruler of the "new" city thats there.
Unkillable imo. Maybe a part of one of the "epic" quests, maybe even the starting NPC of one.

Nope, Venril Sathir is leading the iksar empire from old sebilis.. the new starting city in Tim. Deep is for the new player race, Sarnak, who are beeing hunted by Venril and the iksars..
