Cant get the free "Play with Fae" trial going.. what ...Follow

I downloaded the Fae trial and installed it and everything... started it up and it asks me to use existing account or make a new account.

I first tried using my old existing acct info and then the loader told me that the trial is only for NEW players... so I went back and made a new acct.

Using the new acct info I cant get passed the loading after I try to log in. One page will load and tell me to install EQ2, and another tells me to "click here to activate the trial" but clicking "there" only gets me to a page telling me that the previous page timed out (even if I clicked it as soon as I could).

Also it likes to tell me that I need to make a forum name and when I hit submit it tells me that an error has occured and try again later.

I have made 3 new accounts, with 3 new forum names and I still cant get the launcher to let me load the trial.

I cant even post at the official forums (even with my old user name) because there isnt any "start subject" or "reply" buttons that I see... I have tried using Firefox (with scripts enabled), IE, and AOL's browser and none of them lets me post.

It is like the loader isnt working properly... anyone know if I am doing something wrong or if Sony is haing problems with the loader?

PS... I am feeling very frustrated right now and I could probably kick everyone's butt at Sony at this time.
