Indirect Tradeskill questionFollow

Okay, not a true TS question per se, but a harvesting question.

I'm too cheap to buy componants, so harvesting to TS is what I do (like many of us).

What are the names of the tools that can be crafted or purchased to enhance the time it takes to harvest? Also, is the rumor I'm being told that they also may slightly increase the chance to harvest a rare more frequently correct?

Thank you again!!!

Woodworkers make some, they are Shovel, Trap, Pick, Fishing Pole, and Saw. They start at Tier 2. The level requirement applies to your Adventure or crafting levels, which eer is higher. Like these.

Tinkerers make some that are only equipable by high-level crafters.

They do not increase your chance of a rare, that's a myth. They reduce the time it takes to harvest. (I suppose if you wanted to split hairs they give you a better chance of getting a rare in that you can harvest more nodes in a given amount of time.)

What does increase your chance of a rare if having your harvesting skill higher than the Tier's trivial skill point for harvesting. But it isn't that much more of a chance, and it's capped (so level 70's don't get ALL rares in low zones!)
