Saw this on the broker and WOW what stats. Does anyone know what drops or quest to start for this thing? I tried to look it up but there was nothing for it in the database.

Just judging by the name alone, it probably came from Lyceum of Abhorrence. However I'm not finding the item in any of the item databases. Even trying different variations on the name is coming up with nothing. Are you certain you have the name correct?
I'm with Stu; I can't find it anywhere, and that's very unusual, especially for an Uber item.

Sorry about that, but yes that's it the fearling-skin robe.
I grabbed the Fearling-skin robe quite a while back. It is nice though, I like X'haviz's one out of nest more, because of the proc. Heres a screenshot if you want to see what it looks like.
