In all seriousness, online social interactions do sometimes bleed into real life. Usually we here about the hook-ups or the happy couple that met in Norrath. I'm surprised that we don't hear about when, as I'm sure has happened, RL meetings of in-game players go horribly, horribly wrong. So let's hear them. Anyone have any bad online/in-game to RL meeting stories that went awry? It doesn't have to be as extreme as the silly WoW player above. Did they turn out to be psycho? Did they not show? Were they not what you expected? Did they smell funny? Did you accidentally look directly at Tamat at a fanfaire thus losing your eyesight for a few days?
