Greetings all,
As I have been playing the game and trying out differant classes, the Beserker caught my eye. I was curious as to it's end game role, can a Beserker still tank? Or is mainly a Melee DPS class?

A zerker is a plate tank with a twist...
They can MT fine in most situations and make a fine OT in the others. Their high damage output and AoE aggro management give them a lot to bring to the end game raiding table.
I have main healed quite a few raids (on a 70 warden) in the MT group with both a guardian and a zerker working in tandem as MT & OT. When confronting some bosses, the guard will tank while the zerker assists... in other fights they flip and the zerker tanks while the guard assists. It is sometimes easier for me to keep the guardian standing but more often the not, it's a close race!

I am glad to see them in more of a tanking role, compared to the more DPS role they had in EQ1. How are they soloing wise?
