Good morning, happy campers.
Logged in the baby assassin. The steel weapons I sent it yesterday finally arrived. They smelled like alcohol. I think the mail goblins have been boozing it up on the job again.
Headed out to Nektulos Forest for some quick discovery exp and to start on the various quest-lines there. I really love that zone. Best outdoor zone in the game imo. Well laid out, mobs of varying type for everyone, tons of quests. Just good times overall.
Logged in my main to check on broker sales. 12g, 75s. I think I've been depleted of any "big ticket" items that I was selling.

Finished up both of my Crushbone Keep collections and even managed to snag 2 emperor's guard badges, 2 oracle insignias and 3 extra emperor's guard badges to throw up on the broker. Sold one within 15 minutes and made 2 plat. That was about it for EQ2. The rest of my night was spent studying for my finals.

Right now I can't seem to log on my character. Is today a Schedualed Downtime? I checked EQ news and I didn't see anything.

There is a downtime every morning at 7 AM PST. It usually lasts between 30-60 minutes.
Actually it's special today. If I'm not mistaken today is GU#34.

Morning all,
Tried to help a guildie finish Saving soles again. We did managed to get 4 or 5 named mobs, and access to the second teleporter, but we had a small problem with the final battle. When we were standing around in the Lava, guildie moved and died instantly...Blackened Fury's don't smell so good). I tried to hold out and finish the fight, but alas, a 49^^^ was just to much for me.
After that I bought some more cobalt and did a bit of crafting to refill my armor stand. I was sad and happy all at the same time when I checked and had only one pair of boots left for sale.

I recently came back into the game with a renewed vigor, joined a growing raiding guild on Unrest and have been enjoying the new content...except Greater Fay...wtb a permanent guide for that zone.
I've also been away from the site for a bit, what'd you do Stugein!! /mourn ogaming layout

My bad. I took a 3 day vacation to Virginia Beach and when I came back it was all like this. I can't leave Tamat alone for two minutes, I swear. I rubbed his nose in it, but the damage is done. SEE?! This is why we can't have nice things!

Well, I'm stuck at work here on the east coast but tonite I'm going to hit Lavastorm and see if I can kill some elemental types for my L&L ... guild raids aren't until Friday, so I'll probably just work on catching up my L&L's until then... got a couple of new alts but I want to save those for early morning weekend fun.

Raided Deathtoll last night for the first time. Got 3 AA's for clearing to zone. Got Relic Shoulders and Bracelet of the Great Wyrm. Putting me over 7.9k unbuffed HP and 53% Mitigation. Tanked Tarnax along with the main tank and overall had a good time for a 2 Hour raid.
advanced Lost Legend of Lavastorm on my SK. up to the point where I go to the stanza locations. got 2 of those before calling it quits (too many damned heroics for a 52 SK to deal with). logged my guardian to do some harvesting for my carpenter. found a couple severed cedars, but have yet to find any damnedable ebon clusters. dinged a couple levels on my carpenter (and did several writs) before running out of roots. will be going back out harvesting tonight or tomorrow, and hopefully THEN I will find an ebon cluster for my SK's BBC HQ.
