Could this support EQ2 with good detail, and will it lag?

Can anyone tell me how to set up a graphic crad and how to use it?

That card should be able to run EQ2 just fine. It's chipset is supported. The card will come with installation instructions. Don't worry, it's not a difficult process.

It should be in your owner's manual, the the motherboard manual if you have one. Or check the manufacturer's website.
