Do I need to have a certain expansion to sell items from my house vault offline?

Nope - but you no longer sell from your house vault, not for ages. You now have "broker slots", the number of which are determined by your house (like vaults), which are accessable at any broker or via the market board in your house.

You will be dropped off the broker after being offline 24 hours, or if any other toon who has things for sale is logged on.

Oh ok thanks for the update. I found a guide on another website about selling offline and couldn't figure it out but this explains why. Thanks!
