Oh yah and how many servers can I be on. For instance on WoW you can have unlimited characters on any server you want. I wana try out the PvP server but might just stick to PvE

Under the basic subscription you can have 6 characters, total, spread across as many servers as you like. You can have all 6 on one server, or 1 on six different servers. However you like. After you have 6 characters, if you want a new one you have to delete an old one. If you want more than 6 characters available to you, you need to buy a second account or station pass (but that's only cost-effective if you play other SOE games).

If you start a character you don't like, just delete it and start a new one. You can have /up to/ 6 at a time, but there's no limit on how many different characters you can create within that 6 slot limit.

If you want to split hairs, you can have 6 toons on the US servers, 6 toons on the Euro servers, and 6 toons on the Test server :p

You can have up to six characters, doesn't matter about servers.
If you want more than 6, you can either get another account, or look into Station Access... Station Access just went up (I think it's $30 now) BUT... you get access to 4 additional character slots PLUS you get the Adventure Packs for free (not the expansion packs like KoS or DoF, but the small ones like Bloodline and Splitpaw Saga)... also, if you have other SOE titles (Vanguard, EverQuest, etc) you get your monthly access covered under that as well. Up to you if it's cost effective or not... hope this helps!
