If anyone could tell me what jeweler's book i need in order to make jewelery for lvl 12 toons, please let me know. Rather new at this and as far as i know i have all of the books i could buy from the vender, but i still don't have these recipies. Thanks.

It depends on what you're looking for. If you want Mastercrafted (rare) jewelry, they are scattered throughout the Tier and are in Advanced books (ie: Advanced Scholar Volume X). Advanced books are mob dropped and can probably be found on the Broker.
If you want common jewelery, honestly I'd probably have to log into my Sage and look at her T2 recipes.
