I'm a level 29 bezerker/29 armorer I have the recipes for some Adornments. But i'm at a loss as weither or not to make them.
The recipe is for the Adornments not for attaching them. Can someone please give me a clue ?

To apply an Adornment, right click the adornment and you'll get a menu. Your cursor will change. Click the item you wish to Adorn (if it's unadornable for some reason the cursor will turn red on mouseover). Then a dialoge comes up to confirm your decision.

Note that item which cannot be Adorned have an "Ornate" flag up there with "Attunable", "Lore," etc.
