Help! I need this recipe scroll & don't know where to get it. Anyone know where it drops? I have not been able to find this information for quite some time - apparently not looking in correct manner so .... I bring it to YOU!

I thought the advanced scrolls for that level dropped in t/s or rov

It's best to fight mobs around that level to try and get the drop. Since these are chest drops, the mob needs to be green. If you are around level 29, I would recommend venturing into Splitpaw. The mobs there scale to your level and it may be your best hope.

I have recently heard of the rare late-20's volumes dropping in RoV. I haven't a character the right level to go see.

If you get these hard to find drops, leave a comment on thier page in the db so we can pass the information on.
