Erm, this might seem n00bish, but I was wondering if there is a 70 provi book and is it in the Bonemire like the 61-69 books? Thanks!!

Currently, there are no Level 70 crafting books for any classes. We will have to wait until the level cap is raised.

Correct. Basicly, the Tier ends at 69, 70 would technically start T8 (which doesn't exist yet). If you're a spell-crafting class you got the level 70 spell recipes in the 69 book.

More on lvl 70 book....I think the recipee in Unrest to make the halasian drink, is a lvl 70 recipee. There might be more!!!!!
