I haven't seen alot of discussions on Jewelers and I'm wondering why that is. I decided on a Jeweler to make Adpet III's for my Swashy but also to make some money. Was that a bad idea?

Not at all :) Every tradeskill class is viable, the trick is to pick what you find fun, interesting, or useful.

Poo. Your WS is viable, just like mine is! Don't restrict yourself to T7. Any artisan who, once capped, restricts themself to only crafting for "endgame" players is gonna be bored and broke.

If you sell Cadliacs do you not sell economy cars? Nope, 'cause you work the whole market.

edit - kk, maybe the caddy/econobox analogy isn't the best one, since that'd be Raid-dropped fabled vs Handcrafted, but please try and see my point :)

Trying how to make level IV apprentice books at level 20. While leveling I did sage work and had no trouble getting IV's everytime, but I can't figure out what I am doing wrong with Jewelery. I have a pissload of rares I, and others have been saving, but if I can't figure this out I am not going to waste them. Any advice?

This seems like a silly question since you have another crafter, but are you using all 6 of the buffs at your disposal?

Actually, at level 20 you have nine Arts/buffs available :) The major problem you may be having is that the classes are *not* the same and any system you may have developed for your Sage may not work as well on your jeweler. Go back and re-examine all your Arts and see what they do.

Try this guide: Understanding the Arts
