New Quests in BBMFollow

First off, a few corrections. There are 4 new NPCs, not 3, but 2 of them are standing side by side.

Second, Trozusk Ripscar is NOT east of Darkfall Gorge bridge, as the update notes say. He is southwest of the west side of the bridge.
