This is a two parter. First, does anyone know if the sisters will spawn even if you have already completed the locket quest?
Also, does anyone know if there is a formula to tell if a mob will be green to you?

the second part, I can't answer. I'm sure there is a formula, I just don't know it.
as for the first part, the lockets quest is repeatable, and so long as you head to the chapel and talk to Alexa and follow the standard "map" of the quest, you can kill the sisters as many times as you want to head into Nek Castle. Just have to remember to do the Everling Lockets quest each time.

Qwash speaks truth. The sisters will spawn once per instance so long as you follow the lockets script every time (Talk to Alexa in the chapel, then on the balcony, etc.).
Mobs will be blue if they are from 1 and 4 levels below your effective level and they will be green when from 5 to 10 levels below your effective level. Any mob that is greater than 10 levels below your effective level (11+) will be greyed out.

Thanks Qwash. Well, what I really wanted to know is if, at level 45, the sisters would still be green to me. I have an up and coming transmuter and, well, you can figure it out.
