I wanted to start a PvP server and i got a berzerker on it already but i want a DPS, can somone tell me whats a good scout that does nice dmg and if a ranger is good? Whats good about a troubodor
Although I've not played any of these characters over lvl 10 
I have believe that Assassains have the best DPS, although I know some Troubies and Rangers that do pretty decent damage as well. Not sure if you're up for playing an "evil" toon or not though as assassains are on the FP side of the fence.
Anyone else with more experience with scouts have any advice?

Any class can be good/bad just as long as you know what you are doing. Rangers are good DPS, can track invis players and can summon arrows. The most popular class seems to be the brigand (above average DPS, plently of debuffs, stuns, snares, can track other stealthed players).
Whats good about a troubodor is they mainly make their group members more powerful with their songs which act like buffs. Their buffs work really well with casters. Their DPS isn't the highest but groups will love them for their buffs.
