Good Morning, AllaK's - 3/23/07Follow

Good morning, happy campers.

Logged in yesterday and checked my broker sales. Moved a couple shinies for 2 or 3g, but that was it. Decided to finally focus and camp out for the remaining missing Fireknight pages that I don't have (missing the two in Felwithe, the two in Kaladim, and one in MMC). I headed out to Felwithe and killed my way through, murdering anything that was green. Found a couple quests that I hadn't done before and got discovery AA at the same time (Towers of Purity and Devotion..I had just always run past them and never knew they were discovery spots or had quests). Worked my way to the back and killed unicorns, drakes and elves until I started nodding off around midnight. No luck on pages. Maybe tonight. Camped out in the zone to save myself the run again.

How was your evening?

I'm having slow broker days too. I figure it'll pick up tomorrow.

So I trotted off to Loping Plains. I actually run myself there earlier in the day, because when the kids are finally all asleep I haven't much play time left - travel times in EQ2 have me spoiled, that run takes too long!! I proceeded to die there a lot. I need to look at my solo strats, or maybe go grind yard trash until I ding another level. Something ain't working. Adds just suck there. And what's with that curse at night?

Hehe, it's being challenging and fun. Except for the dying part.

Baby slept for 7 hours straight last night, I actually feel fairly rested for a change. I may do something exciting like get to inputting those LFay quests...

No joke. Loping plains is probably the number one zone in terms of mob density in the game. The wandering mobs are practically tripping over each other in that zone.

Not going to be able to play 'til close to midnight CST tonight, so as seems the usual, I'll probably end up posting in it tomorrow. Smiley: lol

And all this time I thought it was just me! My broker sales have been way down of late. I manage to sell a nice piece of rare leather or cloth armor now and then but no complete sets any more and rarely more than a single item in a day or two. Lucky for me that T7 mastercrafted goes for more than a plat an item!

Had a quiet evening last night. I'm still getting adjusted to having changed guilds. So I crafted for a while, moving my tailor from 64 to 65 and then went up to TT to harvest for an hour or so before bed. Filled up my lovely HUGE crafting bag with roots, pelts, wood & ore and even managed to pluck a couple of rares out of the nodes! Good times!

I crafted some made-to-order armor for two people. It was regular ole' fulginate and I was making it for donations. One of my clients put 1p in the trade window. I was floored. Not just because he put 1p in there, but because he told me in our prior conversation that he only had 1p and some change. Needless to say, I rejected his offer. I told him I was very flattered, but I could not live myself if I took all that money for such a little amount of work. After all said and done, I grudgingly accepted 25g. It's nice to see that some people still appreciate us crafters out there.

I also had the pleasure of using one of my alts to start up a guild with my friend. We are going to kick it small and friendly. If we are the only two people that stay in the guild, that is fine by us. Having a RL friend to play the game with on a regular basis makes it much more enjoyable.

All in all, I'd say it was an excellent night.
