There is a gnome outside of the Wailing cave entrance in the commonlands named Tiff. She gives a quest called Smuggler's Secrets. Once done with this quest she gives out another quest called Crates on the Nerves.
Using a magic map I'm supposed to track two crates. For the first one I'm supposed to find a crate "west of the ratonga village, next to the river in the commonlands".
Where is this crate? Has anyone finished this quest? This quest is not listed on this site nor any other i have been able to find.

I'm stuck a few steps ahead. I couldn't find it in Alla's quest database and a search on Google yielded practically nothing.
I'm at the part (I think step 3) where I need to find it in The Yapping Maze. I'm assuming you don't actually find the crate 'til the end, epic struggle ensues etc. Until that point, I think you just have to run over a set of coordinates that triggers the next phase of the quest.
Good luck, I searched The Yapping Maze pretty throughly and couldn't find anything. If you are able to complete, make sure to submit the quest info to the website, only through all of our tireless work can we make this a complete EQ2 website.

I asked my husband 'cause he was playing an alt in the area. He says he *thinks* it was on a ledge at the Thexian work site in the maze.
(Haven't done this one myself, so that's all the info I have)

Edit: The Yapping Maze location was dead on. In the Thexian area of the maze.

Shouldn't the "West of the ratonga village, next to the river" coordinates be one spot?
How did you get two seperate coordinates for one crate?
Not sure if the second one is correct, but you have to go to three locations before you finish the quest. The second location is just north of the Hidden Canyon station.

im stuck on the part where i have to sprinkle dust on crates in the smuggler outpost, not sure where to find any empty crates
the crates are side by side on the Blackshield docks at -441, -91, -962
