Any mob around the level of the spell can drop a spell but very low percentage rate. Finding a name around that level is best so hit up instances and dungeons around the level of the spell

Finding those exact spells in Master is probably going to be about like a Needle in a haystack. Best bet will be to just try and find another popular Master spell and sell it in order to buy your master, or maybe try to get them to just trade. 13pp does seem very steep for a spell.

If the spell is below level 56 and it has a future upgrade forget the Master. Get a rare and have someone make you an Adept 3. You probably woldn't even notice a difference between AD3 and Master, especially with the recent diminishing returns changes.

I've got most of my masters now and I was able to do it in around 3 months or more. Just keep a saved broker search for fabled items lvl 55 - 70 and check it everytime your around. Theres always expensive masters on the broker cause nobody wants to pay it. But you wont see that nice master someone listed for 6p that I bought 2 hours after they put it up there. If you see a user list a master for a long time and they arn't lowering it (usually people lower stuff every few days if they cant sell it, so it seems), try to bargin with them. Some wont budge and some are more carefree and will say *****-it, and drop 5p off the price just to move it. I've probably gotten most my masters for free through friends or good deals on brokers. Got one through trade. I've only actually opened a chest with a master I can use once, it doesn't happen enough. Thank goodness when it happened to me it was Ice Nova :)

If there was a list of which masters dropped from which mobs, none of them would be 13P on the broker... bottom line is there is no such list and no way to extrapolate the data...

As far as "no way I'm gonna pay that"... I don't blame you so your option is to get an ad3 version or do without!
