Hello all, I have a few questions and would be greatful if someone could take the time to answer them.

Is the community still going strong? Or is the game severely lacking in players, especially with the fact Vanguard has come out? An honest answer to this please, but what is the communities attitude like in EQ2?

Is the world as streamlined as World of Warcrafts, I mean in the sense of "hardly any loading screens"?

Are there big cities in EQ2, like Stormwind and Ironforge etc in World of Warcraft?

What player controlled mounts are available to players?

Does the game accept Switch/Maestro payment? I live in the UK and don't have a credit card, the only Payment method I would be able to use is Switch/Maestro. I've tried looking on EQ2 website, but I struggled to find anything related to UK users.

Is it true that I only need to buy EverQuest II: Echoes of Faydwer to get EQ II and all of the expansion packs (excluding the mini ones like Blood Chronicles..or whatever its called)? As I've looked on here http://www.game.co.uk/ViewProduct.aspx?cat=11144&mid=329794 and it mentions nothing about including EQ2 and all the previous expansion packs.

Well I think that's it, thanks for your time for those of you who have gone out of your way to help :)

Games seems to be going plenty strong enough. Only times I find it being a bit dead on Permafrost is during the middle of the night. The other day i was hoping between parties and gained a good chunk of levels roaming from Runnyeye to Rivervale, and then went AA XP hunting in Zek.

The world is closer to FFXI then WoW in this area... there are zone lines, but in general(at least as far as I've seen) the zone loading times are fairly small at the wort of times.

EQ2 has three big name cities. Freeport, Kelethin, and Qeynos. Kelethin isn't as large as the other two, but theres still plenty enough going on.

A freaking TON of mounts... Various styles of horse with speeds from 25% to 50% I believe... theres a flying carpet quest where the reward is a (SHOCKER) flying carpet that is a 40% speed boost. Nightmares, stallions, charges, ect... wide, wide world of mounts.

Sorry don't know about this one.

If you get the EQ2: EoF expansion set(the box set, not the digital download) you get all the Xpacks up to EoF, but not the adventure packs. Those are a small fee on the side. I have yet to purchase them myself.

I've never heard of that payment method. Do they sell the rechargable VISA/Mastercards over there? Don't Have a Credit Card? Don't despair, you can still play!

Your only option might be to buy game cards.

why not a visa debit card, it's like a credit card but use funds from bank account to pay and can use it like credit card for paying over phone, for games and internet shopping, pretty much how a credit card is used. And anyone can get it.
