Stuck at lvl 5 :(Follow

I made the frog legs, the nauxious potion, now he wants me to make a tin greatsword.. but I dont have the recipe :( I went to the broker and bought artisan book 5.. but that doesnt help. What am I missing? Please help.. I thought I finally had this TS thing figured out. I already hailed everyone.. I even bought the supplies listed in my Quest Journal, but still cant make it without the recipe. Thanks for the help

You got it! XP comes very very fast in Tier 1, but you'll end up making an extra combine here and there to get to the next level.
