ok, i am wondering if a fae can set a binding spot or ( Home Spot ) whatever you wanna call it lol if so can you tell me =)

Yes Fae can set a bind point. I think it is part of the Fae citizen quest line. When they betray the might have to to the quest called The Tie that Binds to set a bind point.
