Just bought EQIIFollow

Just bought EQII, bought the EQII Echoes of Faydwer, since it had all over expansions with it.

So, installed it, launched it, the lunach pad scanns the files, then it says Download cancelled after it scans and doesn't do anything else. I press the tiny download button and it does a mini scan in a second then says download cancelled again.


Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? can't find anything.

I had the same problem halfway though it's downloading. What I did was I rebooted my computer. It worked for me, if that doesn't help-then I have no clue. Sorry :( You would have to contect SOE tech support I'm thinking.

Read the SoE EQII forums on the topic of this, some other people had it, and they did different things to get rid of it, none of those worked for me, I turned off firewalls virus programs and such restarted and such nothing worked, uninstalled restart install restart full scans nothing, so I downloaded the Play the Fae thing, and for some reason it works now. Downloading patches. Hopefully that some how fixed it. I'll report back when the patches are done, says 5 hours.

Got it to work, and it appears since I've had this station account for so long, without playing any games with it I had a ton of stuff ready with I did /claim :D
