Well, tiered access progression doesn't really exist in EQ2. Unlike planar progression or omen flagging from EQ1, there aren't any situations in EQ2 where a zone is locked away behind another zone that is locked behind another zone and so forth. For the most part once you are of a level to be able to effectively tackle the mobs in a zone, they are available. For the few zones that do have access quests, it is a quest only for that zone....there aren't any additional zones locked behind it. Like, you can do the quest for access to say Deathtoll, but you don't then have to get flagged or meet requirements for any zones locked behind that. You can look here for a list of access quests, but I'm not sure that is what you are looking for. Maybe if you have an example of something that you are talking about in EQ2...?
