How is EQ2 Endgame?Follow
Hey everyone, I've been thinking about joining EQ2 and I was wondering how the endgame is? I enjoyed the endgame on FFXI but found it to be non-existant on WoW. I will most likely be playing a tank class, is there any perferred tank at endgame?
This will probably spawn a huge debate, but Guardians are the preferred raid tanks.

The end game is strong....still lots to do. There has been a afew changes over the years to the lower levels as well, making replayability higher for leveling alts as well.
Depending on the group style (Exp, quest, named hunting)...different tanks are preferred. Raid wise...there is a place/role for all tanks. Main tank wise seems to show a preference for SKs, Guardians, and Zerkers to a lesser extent lately.

Coming from a wizard, I personally think Gaurdians hold better aggro. But a zerker or gaurd being better or not...can come down to how decked/good the toon is and how the player knows how to use it. Either can prevail with the right person behind the keyboard.
