I know this forum gets spammed with "What should I play?" threads often enough.

But I would like some advice.

I love the ratonga race, but I would like a qeynos ratonga char.

Any suggestions?

I LOVE spellcasters, I was considering a Monk, alas I've never played a monk before so what can i expect from a ratonga monk vs a bruiser?

Any advice/suggestions would be amazing =)

PS here are the classes i have already. warlock, defiler, dirge, illusionist, warden, wizard, assassin, and conjuror

*Edit* sorry also wanted to add, I'm a huge fan of playing race/class combos you dont see often =)

You would need to do the betray quest to join qeynos as a rat. As for how would it fair as a monk, well, not too bad actully.

I am one sided, go with the Monk.

Side Note: A friend of mine betrayed a Ratonga and we group a lot now but the funny thing is watching the Rat chase Cat! :-).

Cool, I just deleted a beserker. I guess im not cut out for plate classes.

Would a monk be much different from a beserker seeing as they are both fighters?

A monk is hugely different from a zerker. They are both fighters but the zerker is a plate class who wields big weapons and shields while the monk wears leather armor and mostly uses sticks and hand wraps while doing damage.

As far as which class best suits a ratongs in Qeynos, I have always had a fondness for Rat Swashys... Something about the visual of a ratonga pirate just cracks me up!
