This is going to sound completely retarded but I couldn't find anything and it's tormenting my mind. What is Xilania Nevagon's Class?? This is the NPC that gives you Innoruuk's Deity Quest and I would really like to know because I'm leaning towards Assassin? Anyways I would also like to know what weapons she has dangling at her side, because I want one.

Try the lore forum on the official boards. She may not actually have a specific class. I know people there have argued endlessly over what class Lucan De'Lere is. Paladin? ShadowKnight? There is no agreement.

Lore fanatics can be, well, fanatical. Lots of them "scrutinizing" LOtRO.

Couldn't find anything, however I found some great swords on the posts and I think you're right, she's probably just suited up. I really was hoping to find those swords she's holding, but nothing on that either. I just wanted to figure out how to go getting them and what class could use them.
