Question About BetrayalFollow

Outside of the north qeynos gate bridge(in antonica) there is a dark elf standing behind a tree. The tree is right next to the road.
If you can't find him still go to the resurection tents not far from there and head directly towards the north qeynos gates, youll run into him.

Also, if your up for the traveling you can get a quest from the welcome to haven book that takes you too npcs around haven and the qeynos faction npc in CL and the freeport faction npc.
