I know this has prob been asked but I have no idea how you make all your shards have the same interface.

I think by shards, he means server. However, I think he's referring to how you would go about having all your characters use the same interface setup (because it is character based rather than server based). I know when you create a new character you are asked whether you want to use the interface options you set up for any of your previous characters. I don't know how to change it after that, but I bet there's a way to do it in the options.
