When I first started playing EQ2, there was a regularly sceduled downtime every wednesday for maintenance and updates. In those times SOE also had a page where I could easily see expected downtime and current server status.
(Nowadays, sceduled downtime seems to be EVERY workday at 1600h CET and there's several unsceduled updates on top of that, but nevermind that.)
I would really like to find a place/page where I could keep track of the current and expected server status at all times without having to start up my game and trying to log on. A failed startup often messes up my poor puter. :(
Any help or correction of my facts would be appreciated.

The downtimes always occur at the same time of the day (7 CST), so that is 10 EST for me. As to when they happen, they are just throughout the week, but I have never seen a page that shows advanced warnings. If there is a live update or something, then the downtime might last for more than an hour, but servers are usially back up by 8am CST.

You mean 7 Pacific. CST is Central, which is 2 hours ahead of Pacific and only 1 hour behind Eastern.
