how do i do it? im already level 10 and i dotn ahve it.

I think you mean the Sylvani form? You get it from a quest from an NPC behind the Inn. The inn where you get rooms. Look for Lady A.... can't remember her full name.

im talking about when fae can do that shrink racial ability and they become really small. i think it ahs to do with a quest.
The OP is thinking about silvani form...you get it by doing the fae mentor quest after completeing the fae right of passage.
