Cabot Horseradish Cheddar. This + triscuits = good times. Or slice it out thin on burgers. It's infreakingcredible.

pffft none of my cheeses of choice are here! I enjoy Monteray Jack, Extra sharp cheddar, and warm goat cheese.

I'm not a cheese person. Never heard of two of those.

Brie has the stigma of yuppiedom tainting it, like BMW's and Perrier. If you were my age and thought yuppies were as lame as I did/do, you would be embarassed to be in the same room as Brie.

Munster would be my fravorite on that list, but it is rather short.

Gouda heated up at 120 degrees in the oven for about 10 minutes. Spread it on just about anything.. but garlic rounds are by far my favorite Gouda hosting cracker! XD

North Americans understand cheeses like cheddar, Cheez Wiz, feta, mozzarella, Colby, provolone, Philly or brick.... you know.... stuff WE actually eat and order on pizza, bread, wraps, salads, or as appetizers, and dips. I don't recall ever seeing brie as a cheese selection for my deli sandwich.

Silly choices except for the munster, Imo. :-)

Reminds me of Twin Peaks, when the Horne brothers went crazy over a baguette Brie.

Out of those I vote brie.
Though I like cheddar best, nice on crackers and not overly expensive.

Best on the list? Gouda, altho not my all time fav. Which would be Swiss Cheese :)

Brie is my fav. I would have added more to the poll but it was being weird when I tried to put more then 4 choices.
