Maybe somebody can help me: I have the Desert of Ro expansion and I've got my Paladin up to Lvl 40, but I still haven't been able to find any way to get to Ro!
I thought it might be by teleporter, but even at 40 they're still telling me I don't have enough experience!
Can someone tell me how to get to Ro?
And also, how do I use the teleporters? Am I still too low-level, or do I have to do some quest first?

The DoF zones are accessible in Qeynos Harbour, at the docks you can find a carpet that will take you there. (not next to the bells, but at the docks nonetheless)
The teleporters are usable at all levels, if you mean the spires, but you need the Kingdom of Sky expansion, it sounds like you do not have that one.
Ofcourse, at a low lvl, even at 40, there is nothing but exploration to be done there. But it is a good and fast way to travel between certain zones at a low lvl.

Carpets to DoF are also in East Freeport at the waterfront and on the docks in Butcherblock.
