Hey guys.

I'm rolling either a Gnome Shadowknight or a Gnome Beserker. I havent decided which one I want yet.

Can anyone give me some info on the 2 classes and how they play? The only fighter's I've played are a 12 bruiser and a 12 guardian.

Dont care for the guardian (he's a fae, and there are way too many Fae right now). doesnt deal too much damage.

I was thinking Shadowknight for the lifetaps, horse, and a bigger RP value.

and Beserker, cause it would be AMAZING to see a little gnome going psyco on a mob with 2 axes or flails hehe.

Thanks in advance!

Well. hmm.

Id go with what ever you want. lol. I know its the same thing over and over that youll hear on the boards. But its true. Both classes can be fun. both wear plate and both can tank.

But what it comes down to is, do you want to use spells and have the ability to life tap, or do you want to use two weapons at once.

I play an SK and would suggest that if you go the way of the SK, you decide early on is you want to SK, or be DPS in a group. Youll get AA's along the way, and if you go Strength and Int line of AA's youll do bettery good DPS. If you do the stamina line, youll be at the top as far as HP and then all your have to concern your self with is mitigation and resistance and youll be a beffy tank.

Berserkers have a blured line where if they go down the Stamina line they get extra hp and the ability to double attack with a buckler giving them more DPS.

Currently a 48 zerker and i am currently doing Str line 4444 Sta 4444 and Int 4444 that gives you a good balance of life hate gain and DPS and you should have 1 or 2 points left to do in the Beserker achievement the former is in regards to the Warrior achievement. Those points in also allow you to be very flexible weapon wise you can have greatswords or a 1h and a shield when soloing and grouping.
