Ok guys, I currently play EQOA Frontiers for Ps2, and I love it to death, But, the thing is the people are lessening and lessening. But I Played Eq2 for a while and I saw that there really isnt alot of people either (I played Guk Server). That had me wondering if Eq2 really is good. I dont know really, Is it the Guk server or does people just not play as much? Please and thank yall for the help.

There are some servers that have higher populations than others. Najena, AB, Nek, and a few others. Perhaps the one you were on was low, or the bulk of the population played at different hours than you.

You can always restart EQ2 and choose a different server. Be assured, the population of EQ2 is strong, alive, and well. Come over to Najena server and you'll find quite a crowd. :)

EQ2 is more populated, then EQOA, it is just harder to see people. EQOA most people settled in a couple of cities, at waited for groups. In EQ2 you dont need to hang in the cities. People can be out harvesting out in the field, or in their house checking the auction. With no repairs in a good group and the larger inventories you dont have to head back to town, you can log out in a safe spot and come back ready to team.

If you follow others advise and maybe try a busier server, you should be able to find a group easily.

It's a great game, and is only getting better in my opnion. Server pops are fairly high actually. Don't know about Guk, but Unrest is busy as heck during eastern and central time.

When you look at an ant farm, you’re likely to think “My god, there are so many ants!”

When you look at your back yard, there are likely far, far more ants out there, but they are harder to see because the world they live in is so much more vast and they are spread out.

It’s the same way with EQ2. There are lots of people around… they’re just spread out, and currently most are on the Faydwer continent.
