Do racial traditions scale to your level.
For instance there are some that add damage procs to attacks, but the proc dmg is pretty low and wouldn't be useful for very long.

Unfortuntately they don't scale to level...there are a couple that help a tiny bit later on, but most not.
The damage and some of the other values do scale based on the characters stats however. Making it very hard to datamine. I've gathered the all the information however and it's available via this link : http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/traditionlist.html?1
