Leveling advice?Follow

Well I just started the game and im loving it whether its being shouted at to stop on a bridge by a guy in a hood, learning orc talk so I know what they are saying while I kill them, or learning arrows going up is a signal for yes its blue and yes its going to kill you... its all great.

Just one thing, I have no idea where to level I was first sent to the sunken city when I done that I was shipped off to the common lands to do more cooking/slaughtering, now I am level 18 and have no idea where to go so if someone could list out a few good areas for someone on the freeport side it would be great,

as much fun as it is running into something what kills you so fast you think you just tripped its not for me.

The Ruins are a good zone and so are the Wailing Caves. When you get to low twenty's I would head to fallen gate but you will need a group as most mob's are heroic in there.

Here is a site that may help. http://www.eq2i.com/articles/Soloing_Timeline

wailing caves is good until about 20, then i'd say pop on in to nektulos forest and start the undead slaughter there. plus you'll start earning achievement experience if you wait until 20 to go in there and get the zone exploration dings. it's the one thing i wished i'd done, but when i had to stay about 10 levels above my class level to craft gear for myself the game didn't give me much choice :)

True, I'ld go to Nek at 20, with a good group the xp should be great. And then there's the armour quests.

But I believe that the achievement xp starts at 10 now. So the exploration xp is good starting from that lvl.

Also, when you go back into town, as you level, new quest will be availabale to you, for your level they will usually direct you to the right places. At 18, there are still a couple area in the commonlands for your level also you will soon be able to start the armor quest, which will give you great exp and good armor for your class.

Heres an idea for some quests to do, http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/questlist.html?quest_name=&quest_type=--+Not+Set+--&levelmin=20&levelmax=20&notrepeatable=on&sortby=Starting+Zone&dosearch=1

thats level 20 quest, sorted by zones.

When you go to librarys, you can buy books that by reading them will give you quests, usually they send you toward zones your level.
And the reward are usually books you can place in yout home.
