Can someone give me the low-down?
- Do I need EoF expansion?
- Any Druid class? (Warden, Shaman, who?)
- Quested? Experienced? Store bought?
- Components needed?
- Fixed casting locations/destinations?

Thanks!

I have a lvl 25 warlock and lvl 25 warden. Could some one direct me to where I can find out how to go about getting my ports for my Warlock? I figured out how with my warden.

Thanks in advance

Warlock ports should be the same as your warden ports to get them. Just go to the either warlock or portals trainer. And then you have to have the component that you can buy from the portals trainer.

My warlock had to talk to the teleportation trainer then go to each spire (Commonlands, Gfay, and Antonica) and pick up a scroll next to the spire and do the quest (I think it just says return to a teleportation trainer if I can remember correctlly)

My Defiler/Zerker toons are TOTALLY clueless on this whole portal thing. I've been told to harvest the bushes in the druid rings before. So I do that whenever I see them, but I have no idea why I'm doing that. Can anyone give me a non-druid's introduction to portals? ... you know... Portals for Dummies kind of thing.
Thanks

Elfmilker, In order for any of your toons to be able to get a port from a druid you will have to have been to that druid ring before and harvested from the bush inside. Not sure if wizzie ports act the same or not.

Non-druids will need to visit each ring they want to be transported to and gather a leaf before they can be transported there. This is a one time visit, so you could make an evening of it and just visit all 5 rings in turn to collect your 5 leaves.

Once you have visited a ring and gathered a leaf, any druid (who has that port) can take you there any time you'd like from where ever the two of you happen to be. You are not required to be in a group with the druid, (anyone can use the portal once it is established) and you will never have to gather a leaf for that location again.

Druids who want to be able to "drive the bus" have just a little more work in store. They need to first visit each ring they would like to port folks to and gather a leaf. Next they will need to return to the Temple of Life in North Qeynos (don't know the location for Freeport), and speak to one of the priests there (she is outside, down the steps and on the right as you enter the courtyard).

Once you speak to her, she will offr the quest(s) and also offer to port you back to the ring(s) in order to complete the quest(s). If you are doing multiple rings you'll have to pick the one you want to start with and figure out how to reach the others on your own.

The best thing I have come up with is this; after speaking to the priest and gathering the 5 quests, have a druid friend with all the ports meet you at the first ring and as you complete each quest, they can port you to the next one on your list. Saves you all the run/boat time of traveling from ring to ring to complete.

As in my other thread, what if you've collected/gathered the leaves before level 25?

I was told that after u harvest the bushes you can travel between those you collected but only if druid opens a portal for you to sep through. I have done this once. I could not travet to the ant. portal because I hadn't harvested that one.
